Air conditioner was loud. Asked for bedding for the pullout bed and only received a sheet. We were told that the hotel was out of blankets and pillows. 2 guests were very uncomfortable and front desk help did not see it as her problem

The hotel was pretty, well decorated. Very modern. The shower had hair in it. The room and hallways had "things " on the floors. When we arrived the room directly across from ours had the door open and had not been cleaned. Still that way when we left. Never saw a housekeeper the whole time we were there. Will never do that again

When we arrived, we were checked in a given out key. We went to the room. The door was open with the lock engage so that the door was cracked. The room had not been cleaned. We went back down to the desk. Waited appx 30 plus minutes and was given the last room. It was very late at night. We were already exhausted from the drive.
