With stunning vista views and plenty of entertainment space, Willow Brook Retreat is the ideal family and friends vacation spot! The home has 8 bedrooms and 6.5 baths plus lots of additional spaces like the large kitchen area, 2 living rooms, large dining table plus another table in the formal dining room, lots of sitting areas, game room in the basement and more! There are enough beds to sleep 50 people! The pool, hot tub, campfire and patio seating are all ready to be enjoyed from the back of the house.
Bring your own firewood for the outdoor fire pit.

PETS ALLOWED for a fee of 250 per pet and must be less than 50 pounds.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! If there are any signs of smoking inside the renter agrees to pay $250.00 per day
If you smoke outside, PLEASE make sure to cleanup all cigarette butts and please make sure all the smoke smell stays outside. Do not stand on the porch to smoke.

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
Quiet hours for the property are between 11 PM and 7:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

WEDDINGS
Hold your wedding ceremony and reception here on our private 45 acres surrounded by elegance and beauty.

Our wedding fee will be added to your stay.
$1,000 for weddings up to 50 guests
$1,500 for weddings up to 75 guests
$2,000 for weddings up to 100 guests
$2,500 for weddings up to 150 guests
$3,000 for weddings up to 200 guests

Pro tip: take an extra night and enjoy the space post-celebration if you can.

A few things to consider when choosing this property for a venue.
1. Parking will be in a grass field and some on the blacktop or gravel.
2. For more than 50 people you will need to get portable toilets.
3. Up to 50 overnight

Property can host 50-plus people overnight. We do not have a max but there is a fee per guest for extra people. For traditional NON event/wedding bookings that have more then 16 people the fee is 30.00 per night per stay.
For example if you have 50 people for 3 nights the additional fee is 1020.00
