Lovely location to the centre. Shame about the restaurant. They are so close to making it good but its not quite there yet. They have a Scollop and Langoustine Pasta and the chef does not know the difference between that and a prawn. The dish is served with prawns, we went a seccond night and our friends wanted this dish. We specifically asked yhe waitress to ask the chef if it was Langoustine or Prawn and she came back confirming it was Langoustine but yet again served Prawns. Also similar issue with the drinks. Your not serving what you have advertised

Room for improvement
Hotel was not very busy, however never got the room request we asked for, the receptionist gave us no details about restaurant or gym we had to ask for information to get it. Went to use the bar which had as many customers as staff yet still had to ask for someone to come to our table to take our order, stayed here before and it was completely different which was why we came back, we had already booked to stay again which if I could cancel without it costing me I would, got the impression we was more of an inconvenience of us being there than a customer.

Excellent easy check in, very helpful team. Nice 8th floor room park facing, fantastic views. Comfy bed and good quality linen. Very dark and very quiet which matters to me! Really nice full breakfast in the 14th floor restaurant. Recommended if youre staying in MK for whatever reason.

Good location, no free parking but with discount when checking out. Lovely lady at the reception while we checked in. Nice size room and clean although shower had a huge yellow stain near the drain. There was an issue either with socket or a hairdryer itself, after drying my hair, I burned myself with one of the pins on a plug. It was extremely hot and dangerous and left a bruise on my finger. I wanted to report it when checking out, unfortunately there was a different lady at the reception who wasn't nice at all when we went to ask about breakfast and when we went to check out. She looked annoyed when I handed her my parking ticket to get discount. Wasn't feeling comfortable to talk to her.
