Switched out frig 2 time and neither got cold. Pool area unfuctional jugussi was cold didn’t work never towels in pool area . Never enough room towels for our room Saterday evening they gave me pool towels to use for sunday showers cause there were no towels. Didn’t understand that. Air conditioning leaked all over the floor.

Pool was down for maintenance which was a disappointment as we were planning to spend a day of our stay around the hotel. We had to make other plans and spend more money on activities. Would’ve rather spent that extra money at an upgraded hotel if I’m being honest.

Free time away was nice but not relaxing!
Our stay started off bad when finding out the hot tub had no heater. The pool was cold and dirty. Then we got to our room and we had a suite 3 people. No pillow or covers for sofa sleeper. Or set of towels for that person. We went in hallway and asked for towels and they had no idea what we were saying. All housekeeping should not just speak Spanish! We grabbed what we needed. Then we went to put stuff in fridge and door couldnt shut because it was all iced over. So nothing could go in till next day when it finally thawed out by us. There were sunflower seeds on the floor. Floor was dirty. No soap in the bathroom. Then breakfast the next morning was a joke. No cereal, no juice, no plates so ate waffle in a bowl. No milk. No coffee. No fruit. Truck came while we were eating but still no fruit the next day. I go to motels for the hot tub and pool. The only good things were the two ladies at the front desk Sherry not sure on spelling and cant remember other ones name and that they comped but nights of our stay. Place seems nice but need some help with employees and what they should be doing and one of the breakfast helpers needs to learn to be kinder even if its not her fault they are short of food. She was very rude. Also if hot tub isnt working should email those booked so they know before hand.

Well to start with our room reeked of marijuana!!!! The kids went to the pool for five minutes and came back saying the water is funny. Clearly the pool wasn’t chlorinated or filtered properly. We Notified the front desk and they closed it for the weekend. Breakfast in the morning had no plates to use and there was no milk for the cereals. Upon our departure we inadvertently forgot a very nice ball cap and ball from the Brewers game that was signed by a player. On our way home, within two hours time, we call about missing things. We were told it was in the garbage. What hotel throws out something of value? After a dozen phone calls have yet to speak to management. Words can not describe how horrible the service is!!!

Great for park and fly with shuttle service. We booked a room for the night that we flew back so we wouldn’t have to drive home at night. Had booked an ADA room. When we checked in they didn’t have an ADA room or even a shower chair. The lobby and hallway wreaked of pot, the room was ok.

It looked nice enough. The hot was not heating, coffee was always empty. Breakfast, no eggs, no yogurt, No milk for cereal. No fruit, no juice, no coffee. The elevator floor was wet so I mentioned it thinking they would wipe it up. Not, instead they put a wet sign next to the puddle. Im already disabled, not a good choice. The element to keep food warm was apparently not working. We were told to heat it up in the microwave. The waffle mix ran out. Noisy in the hallway with kids and adults yelling at 6:30 am.

The employees at the front desk were extremely rude. I checked in and had been there the whole day and they made me leave at 12am at night because they claimed my autistic son was to loud and we had a party earlier in the pool which was a lie they lied and said the police was called and they were their for a different incident. Very unprofessional and told I wouldn’t receive none of my money back after packing up being put out in the middle of the night … they waited the whole day to make me leave with 3 kids which is ridiculous.
