I upgraded my original reservation to a nocer room before the actual arrival and i jad chosen the pay at the property option but the day of check in i started receiving notifications that my bank account had denied a charge from the hotel because i had my card locked. I received a call from their staff a while later to confirm my booking and they also said my payment method failed. I unlocked my card for them to try again and i was changed the original room rate. A few minutes later i get another call asking to confirm my booking i said i already had. My account was then charged the new upgraded room rate. Upon arrival they then charged another $25 for a deposit in case their were any damages which i was refunded after the stay but now im being told they never charged the the 1st charge and have nothing on their end showing they even tried taking that amount. Called again was told the first charge was probably an authorization charge like the 25 was and that it should disappear when the other 25 gets released back to my account but that they didnt know what the authorization charge was even from as they had nothing in their system still. However it still shows its completed and the funds are gone. No answers. Bogus
