Hmmm...
I chose this facility because it's within blocks of my father's while in the room I encountered lukewarm water for the shower you have to run the shower 5 10 minutes before getting in if you wanted to be hot also it didn't look to be any access to the swimming pool or the hot tub also listing breakfast as an amenity was not disclosed that it was actually coming from a bistro that you would have to pay for breakfast two elevators the lead you up to the higher floor one of them is probably about to go out of service very scary shaky rides upon arrival it was so hot in the lobby temperature too high overall the stay was okay

No hot water for 3 days. HVAC we couldn’t control in room 314. They said we could adjust it with the wall unit, but there was no was unit in that room. We were initially switch to that room because 319 had a leaking toilet & smelled like a basement. The hallways were musty, too. One of the elevators was also out of service. I was credited $50 per day for the water issue, but feel like more needs to be done. This was the worst stay ever for me & my family.

Comfortable yet...
Comfortable bed yet way to high to climb in for aging person and not able to use as a seat to put shoes on etc. Toilet to low for challenged knees. Like to have free breakfast offered elsewhere. Love that the window opens, with a screen and safety bar. Staff very helpful if not always knowledgeable. Told me there was a raised toilet. Will stay somewhere else in future.
