Its slipping.
I previously stayed here a couple times per year but hadnt been here in about 2 years. It is beginning to fall into disrepair. Had to be moved from 1st room because bathroom was filthy. Looked like it was wiped with a dirty rag. 2nd room was on a floor where the hallway smelled like weed for the entire first day.

We were in Milwaukee to celebrate our 37 year anniversary. Unfamiliar with the area, but Crown Plaza was a perfect spot to navigate from. Room was clean and quiet even though it was on first floor. Enjoyed the made to order omelet and pancakes in the morning. Fresh fruit was great. We don't typically eat breakfast at hotel, but this one was well worth it. Front desk and hotel staff very friendly. This is a very busy hotel, but run well. Will stay again if we get back up this way.

The couch and tv's are very outdated. And the bed was very uncomfortable. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Still a great hotel and location because its not that far from the airport, and it's on the outskirts of the city but not too far from the city.

It is a 10 minute drive from the airport. The hotel service was great with giving me a room 4 hours before check in time. The room was spacious and clean.
