Overall, the stay was great. Our only problem was that the room we shared a wall with were thin. There were a couple men's voices we would hear throughout the night having conversations and laughing.

The carpet felt gross to walk on. The little shampoo and conditioner bottles had already been used. There is no breakfast, just donuts. The juice machine didn’t work. The room smelled gross. Wouldn’t stay again.

While showering, the water crept up into the toilet area, which made using the bathroom inconvenient. Otherwise, I was quite pleased. The staff was great.

The tub would not drain and needed to be cleaned, I had to completely remove the entire drain for the water to go down at all. when I did that, the drain was so full of hair and gunk I almost threw up. When I showered the tub still fillled with water almost to the top! It was so disgusting! We checket out the next morning canceling our entire reservations! The toillets did not flush properly either. Our original reservation was made for a king bed suite and we got a 2 bed regular room. The people were nice but that the only thing I can say nice about this place! Save your mpney and stay somewhere else! IM sorry!

The property is dirty and worn and needs to be renovated. The breakfast is misleading as they had only had old stale donuts and coffee (no fresh creamer was available) The free internet did not work in 4 rooms so we had to change to a room that had internet that worked. The cheap towels were adequate and the bed was not lumpy, and we did get free transportation to the airport. The staff was friendly but many could only speak limited english so they tried not to interact with guests which was a little strange. The front desk told us not to use expedia because they charge a $30 commission.

Came for Summerfest. Staff was very friendly. The donuts were amazing! Felt safe! Plenty of security cameras. Had anything you would need, fridge, microwave, shower, and a decent bed.

They put me in a far room from anything that was able to be used away from me. My hotel room was in need of remodeling room157. The manager over charged me for an extra room knowingly had me pay and tried not to give me money back once I became aware of this behavior with the deposit they said I wasn’t entitled to my money back and tried to keep my money he over charged me for. May have issues do to racial profiling and fraudulent scams. I am still fighting for my money the manger charged me with and may have to involve the police so to this behavior!

Immediately walking in it smelt like smoke. The room was dirty, there was a spider/spiderweb in the tub. The door had a wide enough crack between the frame and door that you could see through to the hallway or vice versa. There were people yelling/swearing from the time we arrived for most of the night. There is an immediate $100 deposit upon check in that we were not informed about as well, which they state is refunded after check-out immediately, but then was told it could take 5-7 business days. You can tell the property Is not very well maintained and not updated.
