The staff was friendly, professional andh helpful. The property is an older property converted from another brand. The property does not have the usual amenities of the newer Fairfield Inns & Suites. Such as shower only rooms. I am eight weeks out from a total left knee surgical procedure. Shower only rooms are best for me versus tub/shower rooms. The bathrooms and bedrooms are smaller in coverted properties from other brands. I prefer the one closet door of newer properties compared to bi-folding closet doors. The new closets have solid shelving versus the wire shelving of converted properties, etc.

Great room at reasonable price
Very clean an quiet room. I've been trying to find a reasonably priced room near the airport that is clean, quiet and safe. After previous failures, we landed here and it was excellent. My new place to stay when in Milwaukee. Breakfast was well taken care of although the food quality was average. The Oak Creek Diner is right down the street so that's covered.

Took an overnight trip to Milwaukee with the family to spend the day at the beach. Stayed at this hotel which was a short drive from the beach we wanted to visit. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was. Very clean, everything worked as it should. Linens were. There was bag with extra sheets and blanket for the pullout bed in the couch. My only little tiny complaint is we booked the king suite and to me it felt kinda small for a king suite however I can't complain much because at check in the price was $20 more than I expected because they place a hold for incidentals. I did not plan on that charge and my card had been declined. The hostess at the counter was amazing and worked with me to get everything taken care of. Also, I did not use the service but there were shuttles readily available for shuttling to send from the airport. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in the area. Wife and kids felt they had the best breakfast of all the hotels we've stayed at.
