After booking the room & realizing the check in date was wrong by 1 day, I immediately called the hotel & hotels.com to change the date. However, no one was able to help me, nor speak English. So, they got paid for us not staying at the hotel.

Hotel was under a lot of construction and this was never indicated to me while booking. Had construction crew set up and working directly outside my window to the point I couldn’t even open my window. No privacy whatsoever in my own room and an extreme inconvenience on me without ever alerting me. Would not stay here again

The staff we met when checking in was polite and prompt, however, we did not know there would be major construction (right outside of our room) so we woke up to the sound of jackhammers and loud pounding. The construction was noisy and very disruptive to our sleep.
