Clogged plumbing
Got a clogged toilet on Sunday morning. Told the front desk 3 different times about it. The only thing that was done was someone sat a plunger in the bathroom while I was out. Checked out Monday morning and it still had not been corrected. Makes things really difficult without an operational toilet. Most likely would not use this hotel again.

Room was very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Stayed for 5 nights, I was asked if I wanted housekeeping. I said yes. No one showed up until the afternoon before I left. Why bother asking if you don't offer housekeeping.

Room felt dirty when we checked in - bathroom floor was sticky. Breakfast was not good. Oatmeal cold, eggs rubbery and the bread was hard like it had been sitting out for a day. Yuck!We were told maid comes only every other day during our extended stay. However, maid only came once in a week long stay- very awful! We had to keep going to front desk at night to get towels. The pool was dirty, water green and not chemically treated properly, tile around the pool was filthy like it had never been cleaned. The staff was not friendly or helpful. View out the window was of the windows of another hotel.
