The gentleman who checked us in was wonderful going above and beyond expectations. He had a great recommendation for dinner. The hotel was very clean. I would stay there again

So accessible and within walking distance from the door… as I have limited mobility…. The staff answered my questions and online I requested a ground floor room… I know they couldn’t promise but I did get ground floor room and was quite happy… I had to leave early for family emergency but I am recommending my fellow family to stay here because Holiday INN is always quality service

Hello, my family and I are staying this weekend 10/25-10/26 and the service we have received has been overly rude, the helpless front desk staff has made us feel nothing but a joke. It all started with an older guy helping us get check in on Friday, who again was nothing but help less of our questions. Never bother to share the extra steps require to get to our room, or what I need it my last name for. Our room was at 76 when checking in, we then proceeded to turn off the Heat and turn on the AC. By the next morning our room was at 73, my little one woke up super warm, as all of us could barely sleep due to the warmness of the room. We then proceeded to talk to the Front desk one more time and the lady then, was sooo rude and acted like we we’re stupid, asking if we turn on the ac rather than the AC, then proceeded to tell us maintaince was going to be in, that was at 9:30ish and is now 7pm and we have yet received a call from front desk or has anyone come in to check our AC. RIDICULOUS TO SAY THE LEAST.

My first night I woke Up with multiple bed bug bites all over my body I was moved to another room and the bug bites got worst I have never in my life ever experienced a case of bed bug bites I am still trying to recover from the bites I have pictures to prove it when will the itching go away

Very nice lodging. Quite, large rooms, comfortable bed, wi-fi, complimentary breakfast is far better than most hotels. I will stay there again during my next trip to Milwaukee.

I have stayed at this location several times and I continue to come back for a reason, even though there are hundreds of other options. The pricing is fair, employees are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. And the breakfast is decent.
