Being from the area, the evolution of this building is simply amazing. Staff was accomadting and kind. The amenities are great and the ROOMS are PHENOMENAL. Our 1 king bed room was a studio apartment, not a king bed hotel standard. It was great!

1st time to Milwaukee!
The hotel overall was wonderful. Just a few minor snafu. The shampoo dispenser was off the wall. The hotel did offered to come in and fix it, but we preferred not to have people in our room when we’re not here. The next morning we realized we didn’t have any conditioner. They also offered to come up and change it but we were going out for the morning. We asked if they could just have one at the front desk when we return when we return. The bottle was not At the front desk. The person in the desk said they would send it up to our room because we were going to be up there for about a half hour. It did not arrive. So when we left, they said they would just get it back to the front desk. When we return the second time, we had a new host Work the desk. He wasn’t aware of the conditioner bottle being needed. But within three minutes, he had one for us. By the way, my hair looks great today!! Ha ha Beautiful hotel, Great dinner and breakfast suggestions from the staff, Great location! Right across the street from the public market, super cool place. We will definitely stay again!!

It was a great place to stay if you wish to visit Downtown, the 3rd Ward, or Museums. I highly recommend it!

Good location downtown. Walkable. Parking close not to expensive. Breakfast included. We had one issue locked out of room for about an hour. The battery on lock didn’t work. Needed to call maintenance in on a Sunday morning. Not compensated for inconvenience. Could have removed the $10 charge on some soda & ice cream we bought.

I stayed here overnight for a concert I was attending on the Summerfest grounds. It’s in walkable distance of the Hop L stop to the lake front and a block or so away from the Milwaukee public market. The room was nice and spacious. I enjoyed my stay and the 12pm checkout was wonderful.

I love the layout and look of the hotel. It doesn’t feel like a regular hotel. Wood floors, high ceilings and a fan right above the bed. Killer rooms!

Do Not Stay Here!
OVERPRICED! For $300 per night: - no early check-in - at check-in "the room we reserved is not available" - in the "Suite," (which was NOT a suite! see above item), no ICE! No treys in the freezer, no ice machine on the floor (they are every other floor?) - and ATTITUDE! The manager on duty at check out: "is there anything we can do to make your future stay better?" I mention the ice issue. Her reply, "So you expect us to buy new freezers for every room?" My reply, "Well you asked, but you could just buy ice treys." (Reminder: $300 per night!) - the building is RIGHT off the interstate, next to a very loud, very popular place in the city that closes at 10 or 11pm, so expect to hear traffic, motorcycles and classic rock barring while trying to sleep (even on the top - 7th - floor) - the curtains do not close all the way so not totally dark, do not expect to sleep unless you have a pillow under AND *on* your head! - no parking options available except near-by lots that are "not affiliated with hotel"
