Did not have a good experience here. There were some issues with the staff and it was very noisy in the hallway and inside the room there were noises coming from the pipes or something that kept us up all night. Staff was also very unprofessional. I regret choosing this property and wish I could get my money back.

A lady named Rose was very very polite and a pleasant attitude . She was very helpful . She deserves a promotion or a raise because her attitude was so professional. My issue is that I booked one room and was charged for two rooms because I switched rooms because the toilet did not work. The next day my daughter went to get something out of the old room and they assumed we used both rooms so I was charged for two rooms. I do not think that is fair.

The room was awful. Large red spots on the carpeting. Tv did not work half the time. Someone stopping around upstairs during the night and called the front desk twice about it and nothing was done. Two of the white large towels we had had holes in them. Would not recommend

My wife and myself booked this hotel for a wedding. And it was a nice hotel surprisingly. Smelled cleanness and was comfortable. Only think is the closest light didn’t work.

They dont update their systems sonwhen tou book certian rooms online and get there to find out the rooms ate different and dont accommodate saying its not their problem. Then made a big deal and argued about how its bit their issue. Looks nice but customer aervice at night blows and the lady couldnt read english and had to have me read it because she didnt understand. Never again
