I liked the location and the easy and convenient parking. The staff was very friendly and polite. The surrounding area of the property could use some cleaning. The sky walk had garbage in the same spot when we arrived and left the next day. But I also blame that on people that can not clean up after themselves.

Saw homeless trying to get in a few times. Didn't feel safe. Shops are overpriced. Laundry wasnt available so I had to use an outside laundromat to do laundry. Too little food options. The bistro closes too early and Starbucks being the only food court item available isn't very appealing. The staff were excellent and helpful. The rooms were very neat, but the a/c was malfunctioning at times and the room temperatures could get uncomfortable.

This property is getting worn out.. from Dusty plastic fake plants to the shaking elevator, this hotel is clearly seen some wear and tear. It's very convenient in its location though the pets were good and the place was clean.
