Problem checking in. Prepaid for my room when booking, but when checking in, they were going to charge me again. They said it was because they overbooked and had to move me to a different room and that caused a problem with payment. Not a terrible experience, but just a little frustrating. The locks didnt work for my room so i couldnt leave room. When i talked to them i was told there was nothing to be done. The people i checked in with was friendly. The people the next day were not so much. I told her about the lock situation because the women from night before told me to bring it up to them. She was all like oh ok sorry i guess. The remote for tv didnt work. There was dirty socks and garabage in hall of main floor when we left.
