Rustic City Oasis on the River

Enjoy a relaxing getaway right in the city! This rustic cabin offers ample space and is perfect for the whole family. With two main floor bedrooms, an upstairs loft with a bathroom and kitchenette, and a fully finished basement, there’s plenty of room for everyone. Start your day with coffee on the deck or enjoy dinner in the backyard under the stars. Take a stroll by the river or drive into downtown to explore all that the city has to offer.

* Main Level:
- Two bedrooms, each with a King bed
- Full bathroom

* Upstairs:
- Small apartment-style space with a queen-sized bed, crib, bathroom, and kitchenette

* Downstairs:
- Finished basement with a bathroom (shower) and small kitchenette
- Two bunk beds with twin-sized mattresses and a queen-sized sofa sleeper
- Ample sitting area with a smart TV and games
- You will have full, private access to the cabin, deck, and parking area.

* Host Availability: The host is available via app message. Please note that communication may not be available between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am.

* Location: This cabin is situated right outside the city, offering privacy while still being close enough to enjoy downtown. The area features parks, a kayak launch, disc golf, a golf course, and a zipline, all within walking distance. Downtown, shops, and eateries are just a short drive or ride away.

*Additional Information:
- The fireplace in the bedroom is for aesthetics only and is not in use.
- The property has four separate sleeping spaces, but the upstairs bed and basement bunk beds are open to the living rooms or kitchenettes.
- Bunk beds are standard twin beds, best suited for smaller adults or children.
- To complete your booking, all guests must sign a rental agreement.
- Rentals over 30 days require a signed residential lease.
- Respect neighbors—no loud music or late-night parties.
- No shoes or smoking inside the house.
- No tampering with devices, internet, or exterior cameras.
- Events or non-registered guests must be approved by the host, possibly incurring additional charges.
- A per-night charge applies for additional guests due to extra wear and tear and cleaning.
- Pets are allowed but must not be left unattended.
- There may be additional space available for larger groups; please check with the host before booking.
- Turn off lights, fans, and the fireplace when not in use and before leaving.
- Inform the host if the property is damaged or requires special cleanup.
- Charcoal grill use is allowed; however, charcoal or gas is not provided. If other guests have left some behind, you may use it but must clean the grill afterward.

* Hot Tub Information & Rules:
- The hot tub is available from 8 am to 10 pm.
- Pregnant women, individuals with heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, or elderly people should avoid using the hot tub without doctor’s approval.
- Young children should not use the hot tub. If a minor uses it, they must be supervised at all times.
- The hot tub’s pH level is tested within 24 hours of your stay and is at a safe level.
- The hot tub contains a time-release chlorine device; do not remove it as it could affect the water’s pH level.
- The hot tub temperature is set to 100 degrees, not exceeding the 104-degree legal limit.
- Limit hot tub use to 15 minutes at a time.
- Avoid alcohol use while in the hot tub, as it increases drowsiness and drowning risk.
- Rinse swimsuits with water before use to avoid disrupting the water’s pH level.
- Use the shock treatment container after each use of the hot tub.
- A $100 cleaning fee applies if soaps, bath products, food, or alcohol are found in the tub.
- No glass is allowed in or around the hot tub. A $200 fee will be charged for professional cleaning and removal of broken glass.
- Keep the hot tub covered when not in use.
- White particles in the water are normal and come from the bromide sanitizing.
- Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the host and/or owner from any claims, damages, liabilities, or losses related to the use of the hot tub, including death, personal injury, or property damage.
