Staff bad mouthed Travelocity and would not allow us to check in because of payment issues between the two entities despite me having proof of payment through Travelocity. Staff used profanity in from of child during the process.

We found a hairball on the sheets in one of the queen beds and stains on the top of the bed cover. I went to the front desk and was promptly given a new room. However, the new room only had a recycling garbage can by the beds and the bathroom door scrapped loudly on the floor when we closed the door. Also, the lighting was dim and there was a delay from when we turned the switch on to when the lights came on.

Very nice if you need an airport stayover
Very nice room, and the shuttle service to and from the airport was timely, courteous, and convenient, they offered offered a complimentary grab-and-go snack bag. Only has a breakfast and coffee area, but there is a good sports bar and quick service restaurants within a couple blocks. Since Sleep Inns offer little pieces of advice for better nights of sleep, I have one of my own; close the bathroom door to blot out the light from the hair drier (or unplug it).

This met our needs for a stay before our flight. Comfortable bed, everything was well kept up and the shuttle service from the airport rental car site to the hotel and the early morning shuttle to the airport were excellent!
