Our room was great up until our next door neighbor was banging on our wall while me and my husband were having a conversation. We were not being loud or disturbing anyone. We decided to go get snacks and our same next door neighbor opened the door exactly when we did and he yelled as we walked out to the hall. This made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable. The last thing was that room service tried to slam the door open with our nocking first.

Property was ok. Breakfast should be at 6 or 6:30am. Pool should open earlier than 8am. Also, upon arriving, there was a glitch in the system and we were not able to check in. We had an event to attend we were able to check in afterwards. However, it would have been great to check in upon our arrival to rest before going to the event. Staff was friendly and apologetic when we arrive and they had the glitch. Upon leaving it was not the same friendly staff. They were a bit rude when asking if we could check out 30 min later, there was a rude no as a response.

Nice and clean but not a great sleeping experience for a place called Sleep In. The vehicle noise from the main road outside was quite loud.

Staff spent at least a half hour trying to fix out tv. After she was unable she gave us an option to move rooms or recieve a discount. We agreed upon a discount. When we checked out the staff working said they knew nothing about a discount and none was applied.
