The only interaction with the staff was the girl behind the desk. She was very nice and extremely professional. We felt fight at ease. The property is very clean - disappointing that the pool is not working!

Pretty basic place. No frills. I had a king suite and there was no microwave or fridge. The interior design was very bland. The shower had no shelving space to put items such as soap, razors, containers. There were stains on the curtains and on the wall. The TV system was overcomplicated and outdated.

My coffee maker didn't work my telephone didn't work three of the lights in the place didn't work. The curtains were missing hooks on both sides. The tables underneath were filthy under the glass. I didn't get room service unless I asked for it.

Walking in the place looks great very clean and fresh. Rooms not so great when arrived at our room had a hard time getting In with key when we got in we found the inside door handle on the floor. Deadbolt didn’t work called front desk said they would have someone up in am. Ok cool we just needed to sleep a couple of hours since we needed to be at hospital in a couple of hours. After 12 hours at hospital get back door still wasn’t fixed talked to another girl said she would send someone up well that never happened told a third person when checking out about and they didn’t seem concerned. The pool was a grayish color water and hot tub was not working boarded up.

Hot tub was broken was nothing listed on site when booking wasn’t even told at check in manager was rude and wouldn’t allow us to check out and be refunded even tho hotels.com was more than happy to make our request. Holes in the ceiling mold and wood boarded up the hot tub was an accident waiting to happy! So displeased and what a waste of money for our family. We tried to stay for one night and it was miserable so we left lost money and are so upset
