Hotel was easy to get to and close to the venue we were going to for an event. I was pleasantly surprised at the price of the hotel for being so close and convenient! It was very safe to walk so an overall good trip!!!

The eggs and sausage the was offered for breakfast were cold, they needed to be heated, otherwise the hotel was great and close to restaurants and the Fiserv Forum.

Staff went out of their way to assist. The hotel did not have a plug in for EVs (nor did nearby parking facilities). Justin in valet assisted us plugging up our car (so we could drive home).

One person working at the valet was very inconvenient, specially in the morning during check out time. Breakfast area, tables and chairs were not clean. Room bathroom smelled like sewer. Not working light switchs.

What i liked was location. What i didn't like was only 1 tv in king room, hard to see from bed. No water glasses in room, glass or plastic. Called front desk and yhey said we have some in lobby. Had to go get myself. Otherwise very nice@

The valet parking price is absurd at the hotel. This is downtown Milwaukee, not Chicago. The rooms at the hotel are fine, just a bit outdated with scratches on the tables and stains in the shower. I was surprised that we weren't given lotion or body wash in the room, only found shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast was fabulous, with lots of options, and all very tasty.
