Friendly staff greeted us upon arrival. Quick and easy check in process and valet services! Room was clean and tidy. Beds were so comfortable! No noise at all from surrounding rooms or from the busy street right outside

Hotel was easy to get to and close to the venue we were going to for an event. I was pleasantly surprised at the price of the hotel for being so close and convenient! It was very safe to walk so an overall good trip!!!

The eggs and sausage the was offered for breakfast were cold, they needed to be heated, otherwise the hotel was great and close to restaurants and the Fiserv Forum.

Staff went out of their way to assist. The hotel did not have a plug in for EVs (nor did nearby parking facilities). Justin in valet assisted us plugging up our car (so we could drive home).

One person working at the valet was very inconvenient, specially in the morning during check out time. Breakfast area, tables and chairs were not clean. Room bathroom smelled like sewer. Not working light switchs.
