Iron Horse for the Win
Valet at check-in was top notch. The young man had only been on the job a week, and had expert Customer Service skills. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Walkable neighborhood. “A” for 3PM check in, and before 12PM check-out. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved this hotel!!!! The restaurant the bar … all amazing! The biker feel fit right in with the Harley-Davidson museum right across the bridge! Most definitely will be my hotel of choice when I go back!

We were there for a wedding reception. Food was cold. Pizza at 9pm was not properly cooked. (Crust was raw). My wife and I went to the bar before the reception for a drink and the bartender passed her over several times and waited on people that came after her. Was told by the Groom and Bride 3 times we could be in the room block. To no avail your staff had a different story when we called for a reservation.
