Hotel is old and tattered with paper thin walls. You’ll hear every word of every person who passes by in the hallway. Check-in took forever. And the water temperature in the shower was tepid, at best.

I love staying here at Christmas time. The decorations in the lobby are spectacular. This truly is a special place. Our room in the tower was beautiful. The bed is so comfortable and the drapes give you a perfect blackout for deep sleep. Breakfast in the cafe is nice. The pool on the 23rd floor is fantastic. Staff are welcoming and helpful.
