Great location, pleasant stay
This is a great location; close to transportation and plenty of shopping. The staff was lovely and helpful. The room was nice enough; the bed a bit firm, but comfortable. The only chair in the room was a massage chair, which was both a plus and a minus; it was nice to have a massage, but it would also have been nice to have a regular chair to sit in while trying to do some work. The bathroom was spacious with a wonderful shower. Overall, a positive experience; would likely stay again.

cheap, comfortable beds and central location.
Hotel was central in Dontonbori, close to everything. Docomo Bike Station Rental is only minutes walk away, 7/11 24/7 also minutes walk away. Room has massage chair, beds are comfortable.

The staff is not flexible when making alternative request. The housing keeping is not properly carry out. For instance some days use cups are not wash. Table top is not properly clean. The room are small barely can put your normal luggages.

Around 10mins walk from the nearest subway station. The room is not spacious but neat. What I enjoyed most was the massage chair. It really soothed my soul after a whole day walking in the city. Will definitely be an option for my next visit to Osaka.

新しく綺麗
シングルルームを予約していましたが、広いツインルームにアップグレードしていただきました。ロケーションは高級店が並ぶ道路沿いで、栄えてはいるものの、普段の買い物や食事にはあまり向いていないと感じました。ただ、最寄駅まで徒歩数分なので、駅まで行けば色々なお店があります。お部屋も綺麗で、ネット回線も速かったです。

The location was really good, close to Metro, Shops and Restaurants. The room was a bit of challenge with 2 adults and 2 children (triple bed). I knew it will be small but for one night it will be ok. For more than 1 day it would not had been ok. The staff English is a bit rough but understandable. Everything was spotless clean. Would I stay again, no but just because of the size and layout of the room.
