A porch entrance takes you inside where there is smart decor, lovely original features and a wonderfully homely feel. With a choice of three reception rooms and a spacious kitchen, there is plenty of family-sized space to relax and socialise.
There are two main living rooms, both with fireplaces and plenty of sofa space to relax and socialise together. The front living space has a beautiful bay window, and the rear living space has double doors out to the patio and garden, where there is outside dining space, relaxing decking area, lawn area and a charcoal barbeque.
The dining room adjoins the kitchen, and has ample space to seat ten guests comfortably at the table, with a highchair available if required.
The kitchen is incredibly well-equipped for all needs, with a large gas range and oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, wine cooler, and a superb range of kitchenware. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, and a Belfast sink, and a downstairs WC for convenience.
Up on the first floor, there are four bright and airy bedrooms, all very well furnished with plenty of space. The main bedroom has a double bed, wall mounted television and en-suite shower room with basin and WC. There is then another double room with television, a twin room, and a further single room. The main family bathroom is also on this level, having a large walk-in shower enclosure with rainfall shower head, and a large infant/toddler bath provided.
The second floor offers an excellently flexible large family bedroom, which boasts a double bed and two singles, ideal for children to sleep in with parents.
Locally, the waterfront and town are within easy walking distance, providing a choice of good pubs, restaurants and shops to choose from. Also close by are the coastal towns of Watchet and Porlock, and the picturesque Lynton & Lynmouth connected by the famous Cliff Railway.
