"Mitch and Jess’s property was excellent and only 15-20 mins to Warnambool or Port Fairy and about an hour drive to 12 Apostles. Comfy bed, clean property and communicative host. Would definitely book again in future. "

"The location was good the beds were comfortable and all down hill from there Rubbish bins were full and we had no where to put our rubbish, the oven was dirty and the grill was filthy, The house was not clean lolly papers under the bed in the master, Rat traps under beds and on tv cabinet in the main lounge. Walls were dirty and the sink in the laundry was very dirty. The Barbecue area was dirty and dusty and a lot of bird poo on the chairs and ground, this area has not been cleaned for a fair while. The ceiling lights and fans in the bathrooms were dirty and covered with cobwebs "
