Nice place, the rooms were very tidy and functional. Had plenty of hygiene supplies. Only disappointment was only one single serving of coffee. Both my husband and i are coffee drinkers so it would have been nice to make two cups in the morning.

Great overall
Overall, it was wonderful. Front desk staff were very friendly! Weather prevented the rooftop bar from being open, but they kept the lobby bar open for us and the bartender was great! Only complaint was that the deadbolt somehow got locked, which resulted in my husband being locked out and me locked in our room. Front desk staff came to help right away, but did not seem surprised with the issue and we were able to get it resolved.

Parking is an issue. It worked out fine, I was allowed to park in an open handicap spot, but I could see others along the drive and non-parking places. The underground was full and I had to do like a 12 point turn to get out of there.

This is a fantastic property, conveniently located in St. Louis Park (7 minutes from downtown). The staff is super nice and the amenities are perfect for a comfortable stay.

Unsatisfactory internet & service
Their Internet is absolutely horrible. Worst I’ve ever experienced. I spent 15 minutes with the manager and a first day employee while they learned how to check me in. No problem, I had time and would be patient. When I came back to the manager, saying that I could not, get Internet she assured me multiple times that there’s no problem, it has to be me. I’ve owned an IT support company for 30 years, have a notebook that has never had a problem with Wi-Fi at any location Different and know what I’m talking about when Internet is not working. I needed to get work done, couldn’t use the hotspot my Verizon iPhone because the cell signals are Barely at a one bar signal. I’ve been to the hotel multiple times and don’t plan on going back. I can’t consider it a place where I can reliably be productive on a work trip.
