We were given an accessible room on the first floor. I applaud accessible rooms but for us the shower was tiny and full of mold. It was also right by the elevator-loud-especially at night. The sauna was falling apart and looked like a fire was about to ignite. when I tried to check out, it took me 15 minutes to find someone-I had to go ask housekeeping. The employees parked in all the handicapped spaces. I know because the bus was in one and the front desk guy was found in the other in his car smoking. Positive-the hot tub was hot.

I'd really like to keep patronizing this hotel, but the place is getting run down. The shower handle came unthreaded and blasted me with full water pressure from the supply pipe. The price per night was reasonable. The rest of the room seemed clean. I do like the shades they installed on the windows with the city skyline, classy. The stairwell was dirty and a random wash cloth on the railing. Opted to not use elevator as it takes for ever and last time bodily fluids made the ride 2 floors up disgusting and unacceptable. I wish they would finish updating the building and take better care of it. Microtel a block away may be the next step.

Enjoyed my stay

It was great. Hotel was a little older but I enjoyed my time. One mistake was that the hotel room window was open when I entered the room and was cold as a result. However, the room temperature went up when the window was shut. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay and had a great time. It was very crowded but it was fun.
