2nd story, large 2 bedroom, 1 bath, spacious apartment. Fully stocked kitchen and living room with a sleeper sofa, washer and dryer, a bathroom with shower and tub. Both bedrooms have queen beds and lots of closet space. Each room is on either side of the unit, which makes it nice for privacy if you are traveling with family or friends. Really cozy but big enough to feel like you can spread out and have space to yourself.

2md Stay St Paul Historical District
Hello! This was our second time staying in the historical district. Everything is in walking distance and what a plethora of “great” food choices.The apartment is beautiful, well equipped with tea pot, keurig and other accessories. Rooms are clean, spacious and well-kept. All in all Shay made this a seamless experience;) Thank You Shay!

Great location, nice condo
Very pleased overall. Comfy well stocked condo. Secure unit and parking in nice area close to many shops and restaurants. Manager was very helpful and responsive to questions. Only complaints are minor. One bedroom does get a lot of street noise (I am a light sleeper), wasn’t a fan of the really high beds and thick pillows and at night you can’t see the electronic keypad For entry until you touch it. This was not mentioned and isn’t really intuitive. I would stay here again but with my pillow from home.

State Fair
My 2 girls had swine at the state fair. We had to be there for 5 days. I chose this place because of the proximity to the grounds. We had to be to the grounds really in the morning. The neighborhood was nice & quiet in the mornings. In the evening it was a little busy, but we always got a parking spot in the back, which I was thankful for. We are from a small town in the country. My girls were a little leary of the closeness of everything but once in the privacy of apartment they relaxed. Definitely look for this place again if they win state fair trips again.
