The room smelled musty and the air conditioner was loud and did not cool well. It actually woke us up during the night. The most disappointing was the pool/hot tub being closed. That was the main reason we chose this hotel. When I tried to talk to the staff about it, they very clearly did not care. We would not have stayed there if we had know the pool was closed.

We booked the room for the hot tub/pool area, which was not open. Had we known that, we would have chosen a different hotel. The room also smells a little musty. Very disappointed. It should have been disclosed prior to booking, especially since that was one of the filters I used when booking. Very disappointed in Travelocity.

Convenient location. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. However shower stall was tiny and the shower head holder was super tall and angled terribly which made showering difficult. Other than that, it was fine. Good for the price

Nice affordable hotel

Pool was in excellent condition with towels being readily available in the pool area. I have found this to be a rarity at hotels recently. The staff was very friendly and helpful, also something that has become less common these days.

The price was good but there's no exhaust fans so the moisture stays in the room to the point that I noticed mold inside of the picture frames on the walls and the suite that had a tub had jets in the tub with no way to even turn them on. Under the bed was absolutely DISGUSTING - it had so much dust and bottle caps and peanuts and dead flowers under it. The worst part was the AC was stuck on a low fan speed even if it was on high so it kept kicking off when it was barely cold. Luckily we brought a desk fan so that helped alittle.
