We have stayed at this property before and have enjoyed it because it's pool area is kid friendly. I will say, we won't be back though now that we have to pay to park our vehicle. This is above and beyond what you already pay for the hotel. The more nights you stay, the higher the price. The website says "fees may apply," which is misleading as they definitely have a fee.

The advertised "water park" was only a small play area for small children, we had two 12 year olds and it was not meant for that age. Easy access to MOA , average hotel amenities, nothing special.

All of the employees were great. The room was large and comfortable. Although I would replace the toilets, they are very loud and overly aggressive. I especially want to give our shuttle driver, Derek, a shoutout. What an absolute wonderful person. Very friendly and out going, he made the entire trip worth it. I will stay here again.

It was 58° in our room. The heater wasn’t even on so we had to check in and then go find something to do and leave so our room could warm up for my babies. They let me book online and pay with my credit card but failed to tell me anywhere in booking that they don’t take chime so I had no way to pay for the fee so I had to call And ask for help The staff did not want to help at all. There is no solutions nothing

Heat did not work properly. Hide-a-bed was broken. Absolutly no lighting in parking lot. Very disappointed. I will never return. I waited at front desk for ten minutes at front desk to address issues but no one to be found.

While the hotel’s location is great, nearly every other aspect of my stay was disappointing. Upon check-in, the two younger front desk associates made a poor first impression by continuing their personal conversation without even acknowledging me standing there. This lack of professionalism set the tone for my stay. The $10-a-day parking fee feels excessive for a two-star hotel. Breakfast, which ends abruptly at 9 AM, offers limited options and is far from satisfying. The staff throughout the hotel seemed indifferent and unwelcoming. The condition of the rooms was another major issue: worn out, poorly maintained, and reeking of marijuana throughout the hallways, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Shower pressure was practically non-existent—it took me five minutes to rinse shampoo off my head… and I’m bald! The pool area was equally disappointing. Dirty floors with visible algae, murky water, and non-functional hot tub jets made it uninviting and unsafe. The location is the only redeeming factor, but that alone cannot justify staying here. Unless significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend this hotel.

My bad experience
My experience was not to good. The check in process wasn’t efficient. I used their app to check in and I had to go to the desk only to go through the same process. Housekeeping was horrible. I asked for my room to be cleaned and I even talked to housekeeping directly only to get a “I don’t speak English” response and my room was never cleaned. This response was also provided during breakfast as well from food attendant. How can you work in hospitality and don’t speak English? Parking use to be free now they charge you to park. Yeah I won’t be back. These hotel charges you but you receive less. Breakfast wasn’t all that special so again my last time visiting this hotel

Overall good, the kids pool area was a nice bonus. Breakfast was very mediocre. Our room was in the vicinity of a loud barking dog the whole first night. Had to pay for parking which I didn’t know about upon arrival. Always just assumed if I was paying for a room I’d have a place to park for free. $10 a day for parking. Had some good restaurants near by and conveniently right across from the mall. Housekeeping did not restock towels or toilet paper which was not ideal.
