"Boho Bungalow" Minneapolis by Roxy Rentals

This recently renovated DUPLEX in Northeast, Minneapolis is fully furnished for you to truly enjoy your stay here in Minnesota. Located right by the North Loop, University of Minnesota and Sports stadiums, we are also walking distance to some of the best restaurants and bars.

We provide one off-street parking slot, but there is also plenty of parking on our block in addition to having access to two bikes and two long boards to enjoy during your stay here.

We're centrally located by some amazing restaurants, that are walking distance or a quick drive or Uber/Lyft away.

We recommend the Minneapolis Cider Company that is a two-minute walk from our place to enjoy some really awesome local ciders, great crepes and a quick game of pickleball.

We're also right by the University of Minnesota and Dinkytown and just a quick cab ride away from the Target Stadium to catch a Twins Game.

Unique code will be sent to you day of your arrival; this code is active on day of arrival and will deactivate day of departure.
We have an off-street parking spot for all of our guests that is next to our garage. Additional parking spaces can be found right out in front of our home on the street.

You'll have access to our fully renovated street level unit in our duplex that hosts one bedroom with a queen sized bed, a second TV room that includes an Article Sleeper Couch, queen sized, in addition to a living room with another Article Couch, Dining Room, Kitchen and Full Bath. Washer and Dryer are located in the basement and guests have full access to utilize during your stay.

Please note there are separate entrances to both units and no shared areas with our upstairs tenants (a lovely quiet couple).

We have an off-street parking spot for all guests that is located right next to our garage. If additional parking spots are needed, they can easily find street parking right in front of our home.

We also have two bikes and two longboards in our garage that guests will have access to use and cruise around the city while they stay with us.

Solitude getaway

This lovely bungalow was perfect for me for a couple of days for introspection and a break from routine. The house is decorated impeccably and is truly welcoming. Communication with the proprietor was easy, friendly and quick. Highly recommended VRBO.

Wonderful Home, Wonderful Stay!

We stayed at the Boho Bungalow over July 4th to get our dog who cannot handle fireworks out of our very loud, firework filled city neighborhood. We could not have been more pleased with our trip, the home and the lovely, very walkable neighborhood. Roxy Rentals goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable, including a wonderful welcome gift and hand written note. Everything you need is at the home, extra linens, pillows, toiletries (the CUTEST bathroom ever!), any type of cleaning and kitchen supply you may need. The front porch is absolutely perfect to sit and drink a coffee purchased from Five Watt right down the street, and the neighborhood is quiet and adorable. The next door neighbor is also wonderful, and can give you any recommendations you may want! We highly recommend Familia Skate Shop a short walk from the home. They are so kind, and are happy to talk about all the wonderful things the city has to offer. We would absolutely stay at the Boho Bungalow again!

Family weekend

We were in town to visit our daughter who is at the U, as well as our son who was in town with his university’s baseball team. The location was ideal for our purposes. The owners are so thoughtful and seem to anticipate all your needs from snacks, drinks and a coffee bar. There are plenty of towels, games to make your stay feel like a home away from home. We will definitely stay here again!

I’m not the type to give 5 star reviews. Typically, there’s always room for improvement. In this case though, every need we had was met, expectations were exceeded, and this was a perfectly suited spot for our needs. Comfortable, beautifully decorated, clean and quiet. It’s so much easier to relax in the peace and privacy of our own little place as a family of three with our pups along for the trip. Location wise, everything we wanted to see, from Museums, to food, to The Mall are all a short drive, which was especially fortunate considering a snow storm hit for three of the six days of our visit. Place was impeccably clean, and such thought has been put into every detail. It’s so much easier to relax when everything is taken care of so considerately.

Lovely Bungalow!

Seriously! One of my best experiences in the VRBO setting. This house was so beautifully restored! It felt very homey. The Hosts provided everything you could need. We got in late and they had snacks and beverages available. Plenty of towels, linen, and toiletries! I really enjoyed cooking in that beautiful kitchen. Such a gracious host- also left a bottle of wine and a gift. Thank you so much for allowing us the pleasure to stay here. It was stress free and was able to focus on the daughter’s swim meet at the University.

Great stay in Minneapolis

This annual trip to visit my daughter and see a concert at the Target Center was made even more special by bringing my 86 year old Mom to see Andrea Bocelli and staying in this very charming home in such a peaceful neighborhood. We got lucky and the weather allowed us to sip drinks on the very comfy front porch. JJ had plenty of snacks and drinks and even a small gift when we arrived. Perfect for graduation weekend

Our son was graduating from UMN and we were celebrating some birthdays! We were able to have family meals and time together while being a few blocks from his apartment and a 1.5-2 mile walk/drive from the U. Fantastic host & property!

The host went above & beyond both before and during our stay to make sure that we had absolutely everything we needed during our time. The property itself was great too, the beds were comfortable, and the house was furnished with all the modern comforts one could ever need. Wonderful owner and beautiful Craftsman!

We stayed here with our two dogs during our wedding. The owner is so communicative, very good to talk to and extremely responsive. The house is perfectly located near the U of M and downtown. Can’t say enough good things about it. It was perfect for us, super clean, great TV options, bed is comfortable. Kitchen is immaculate! The dogs had a fenced in yard to run around in, too. We would stay here again for sure! Five stars!

GREAT!

Could not have been a better experience. We stayed here for an extended period to watch our Son who plays Football for the Gophers. The house is fantastic, very comfortable and everything you could possible need. The location is great with easy walks to many restaurants. The River is just a few blocks which was great for runs and bike rides. Janine is very responsive. I reached out with just a couple of minor questions and got responses within minutes. You won’t be disappointed
