The area is isolated, but the facility is clean and plentiful. There are no issues here! The only thing is that the walls are thin, and one night, I heard the occupants upstairs from me and to the side. But I know that is not the management fault.

Despite The efforts of the restaurant staff, the hotels Dining services were poor at best. On our last day they couldn’t even provide a breakfast service due to their cook being unavailable. We also had booked two rooms (6 months ago)to be side by side and when we came to check in, we were relegated to 2 lower, noisy road side rooms on different floors. The front desk staff were less than supportive, and said they couldn’t do anything about it. We then asked for a couple of extra pillows and got them on the third day of our stay, after asking for them every single day! Then during our check out, the check out clerk was about as rude and cold a person I’ve ever come across. Don’t stay here!

I paid for parking at the hotel and on the last day I got a ticket for parking in the lot. As did the person next to me. I took my ticket inside and was told it would be taken care of. Now I have a bill for the ticket and I have called several times (starting over a week ago) with no response from the manager I am told in the only one who can take care of it. I’ve asked to speak to another manager and am being refused.
