management is very rude and disrespectful. I called choice hotel, and made a complaint. I’ve spent thousands at this hotel and I would never spend a penny again. I would not recommend to anyone traveling out of town, especially. Don’t go downstairs ,don’t use the bar. They’re gonna make complaints about you spending money at the bar. The management is very rude and very disrespectful once again I would not recommend this is not a property where you should spend your hard earned money.

We had a great stay. But their service at the restaurant/bar area was horrible. We sat over 20 minutes (after open) and had to ask to be served. There was nobody to be found during breakfast hours.

Large, modern, clean and comfortable room. Seemed poorly staffed: person at snack shop also served at registration desk, sat at bar 4 minutes before bartender acknowledged me. Described as “parking available”, didn’t advertise that it cost an extra $25.

My thoughts of this property was great until I dropped something in the bathroom garbage and had to pick it out when I found a dirty used condem….this is just gross. The garbage should have been emptied before our arrival.

Clean but loud hotel
Clean rooms with comfortable beds but the doors and hallways are incredibly noisy. There is nothing around the hotel but easy walking distance to Target Center and Target Field.
