I booked a room here for my 20 year old son who was stranded due to weather (we live in Nebraska). When he went to check in, they told him he would need $250 for a deposit, even though the room was paid for. He called me upset, rightly so. He went back in to try and talk to them, who then changed the deposit price. Needless to say, we booked elsewhere. AVOID THIS ONE

First, the staff was fantastic. The room was clean but dated. The bed was old and very difficult to sleep on. The wifi was absolutely terrible, so much so i had to check out a day early because i could not work at the hotel. will most likely never stay here again for work for that reason.

Too noisy and the Ac needs to be check and it’s falling apart . Tv in the room is old and not even working. Rooms are too close to each other, noise from other room. I can’t sleep. I didn’t enjoy my stay at all.

I love this place after they remodled, and it's quiet and comfortable. The problem is the heater was out of order, defective. My last stay here through Expedia on November 1st 2024, I was here I did not receive a discount for the pool and hot tube being closed down. I should have got money back for that.
