Front desk staff was friendly and fun. Room was clean. Bathroom could have used a fresh coat of paint, but was very clean. Pool was warm. Pool area clean. Staff was attentive and kept the towels full.

The check in went great. The concierege was very helpful. Unfortunately we had trouble with our bathroom as there was no shower curtain and the tub didnt drain. It was resolved.

The rate for this property is twice the going rate for a facility of this quality level. I would have expected a TV that works, finished trim, caulked ceilings without a gap, a step-in shower, and bed reading light that function. I will skip this property in the future.

The staff was very friendly. Room was nice and clean. Had a mini fridge and a microwave. Nice big TV. The mattress was a bit too firm for us and the shower water pressure was very low. Breakfast was just ok but the coffee was good. All in all it was a good experience.

Poor cleanliness, loud, and outdated
Not my favorite stay at a Country Inn and Suites. The building is outdated compared to others. I typically look over the room and beds for cleanliness after checking in. When checking the beds I found one of them had hair, debri, and stains on it. There was some leftover garbage in the trash bins, and overall did not feel as clean and I would have liked. They did send housekeeping to fix this issue but it should not have been an issue in the first place. I found myself uncomfortable all weekend because of the cleanliness. The sound proofing is really poor in rooms as well. I could hear people slamming doors, walking, and talking in the hallway. I would not choose to stay here again and instead choose a different Country Inn and Suites location or different hotel chain completely. The staff was friendly and helpful but I overall found myself dissatisfied with my stay.

Overall nice but some minor issues. We were in one night and tv had no channel guide or program guide. I ask the desk and he printed off a guide that had absolutely no resemblance to tv channels. Lots of banging in the mornings. The lady at breakfast very friendly and bubbly. Why do they use small pillows on a kingsize bed? Overall would stay again.
