The windows were really dirty in the hallway. The inner door of our room was quite dirty around the handle and a 1 foot circumference. Elevator needed vacuuming. Soap type bottles from the previous occupant were left at the top of the shower. Otherwise, it was just fine.

Lack of great enthusiasm and customer service. Check out was horrible. The gentleman had ZERO personality. A Minnesota hotel! Carlson Group Needs to protect their turf. Shame on this franchise.

The girl who checked me in, was so kind! They also had food and snacks to buy right off the lobby. It was a good place to lay our heads for the night! The only thing is their entrance is awkward and my GPS want sure what it was doing for me to get there. But i understand that is something out of their control!

For the price it was ok but the 1st room the toilet didn't work, should have known by the plunger in the hall by the door, but they moved us to another room with no issue. The air in that room didn't work very well and water pressure in the shower wasn't great

The toilet wasn’t working in our room. We were told to use the public restrooms because maintenance wouldn’t be there until the next day after we checked out. I asked for a discount on my room and was told they couldn’t do that.

was there for 5 days noticed the carpet needed replaced and the fire door on 2nd floor did not close completely so needs attention other than that people very nice breakfast offered was okay rather limited choices and very little protein mostly carbs(99%) so that could be improved fairly good price however you get what you pay for ... fairly quiet during the week but weekend was louder with children screaming in hallways and during breakfast in lobby area which can be expected
