There is a Perkins Cafe/Restaurant nearby near France street that is easy to get to. Take a left on the road that the entrance to Courtyard intersects. Good food and excellent service, open 24 hours.

When checking in the lady was very rude and refusing to give me my breakfast ticket even though I told her it was purchased during my reservation. She wanted to see my itinerary and then said nope I don’t see it so I went in and looked, found it and showed her and she finally agreed to full fill it but still very rude about it. I had a seminar there the next morning and asked her where it was located at in the building she responded with I don’t know. I asked can you find out please? She then pointed down the hall and said to salon A. Then I went to my room which upon opening the door 302, the smell of musty mold was strong, I went to open my window and what appeared to be black mold was around the window. I called down to the front desk and told them and they did switch me promptly to a new room 403 and it was much better.

Terrible staff! So unprofessional!
When I was checking in I've already thought that is a weird staff... can they could answer zero questions, but over all non qualified, and completely careless. Whatever! Another day when I explained that i have an emergency and I need to leave earlier and i asked to cut off my reservation and she said I will be charged a cancelation fee, I asked why... that the most hotels are friendly and it's not a big deal! SHE SAID WE DON'T CARE !!! WE ARE FRANCHISE!! Oh boy can you hear something more ridiculous than that from a receptionist. Then the other day they were referring me to 3-5 different companies, departments to call or talk, and never gave me my money back for 2 or 3 nights after I’ve checked out and told them about it.

Have stayed here twice now...close to airport...Mall of America...eating places...not a great option for breakfast at hotel....went to Smittys 2 minutes away by car...great access to major roads...would definitely stay again
