The bathroom shower had small hairs in it and there were ants around the toilet. The heater was super noisy and didn’t let us sleep at night. The sound was very loud. For breakfast they only offer bread and bagels. I wouldn’t stay there again or recommend it.

Disappointing “Breakfast included”
No lotion was available in the room, and the shower head seemed to haven’t been cleaned in a while. The most disappointing part was the included “breakfast left with a dissatisfied smile. I don't think I would stay in this hotel again.

The staff was friendly and responsive. We arrived in the middle of the night and a lightbulb was out and they switched rooms for us immediately. Shuttle is available to airport from 4am to midnight. There’s a Holiday gas station and a McDonalds within walking distance. Felt safe. Ample parking.

The premises are in great shape. The cleaning staff do a great work. The check-in staff are great people. The only problem is that the facilities emanates an old and humid smell.

Initially walking to the hotel room looked very nice. Once we got to looking around there was crumbs and garbage left all around the beds. There was a huge white stain on the couch,The covering for the lights were falling off, and there was a used tissue sitting right next to the sink. so we decided to go to a different place I would not recommend

Breakfast was a little lacking but overall great quality for the price. We stayed for 5 nights and the room was super spacious! Lots of room which was awesome. No bathtub and shower only which was a surprise, but not an issue as we all shower anyways. Little pool and a luke warm hot tub, but it was good enough for us. Sauna didn't work at all. Mattresses could use an upgrade, but not wildly uncomfortable. Area was very quiet as was the hotel (except one night where our room was sandwiched between an unsupervised 10ish year old and their friend in one room and the parents in the other. Had to talk to the parents at 1am as the children were constantly slamming their door and seemingly banging on the walls). Would stay again.

The room was great free breakfast not good we went in and the only think that was there was make your own pancakes and orange juice I asked front desk if she can make coffee does she have bread and cereal it would be great but she took to long to do anything so we left and went out for breakfast Not good why have free continental breakfast when you have nothing ready or willing to refill Second complaint is this morning two worker were yelling at each other in front of everyone one was at the desk and the other one in the breakfast room

The front desk was not friendly or helpful. Was sitting on phone rather than helping customers. Bathroom in hotel had mold on the lower wall and pull out couch had huge stain on it.
