Smelled like marijuana, pull out coach was not pull out and had to request a roll away, the base of the main bed fell apart, the main bed moved like a glider rocker, went to eat in Axels for breakfast and the buffet was empty and we had a mouse run across the floor under our table

Second-to-none customer service! Staff are amazing (as are the warm cookies provided at check-in)! Love the pool and sauna area! Best in the state (aside from water park hotels, of course).

Friendly front desk staff, great pool area-pool was warm and the hot tub was a great size and was nice and hot. Great shower heads in the bathrooms. Walls were a bit thin between rooms, but overall I enjoyed my stay!

Very disappointed with our experience. We specifically booked a room with the jetted tub only to discover the drain didn’t plug properly, the jets stalled out within minutes, and two out of the three lights above the tub were out. There were also ants in the bathroom. Oh, and the TV stopped working.

The pool is HEATED
Staff was all very friendly and efficient. Room was clean. But the best part was the pool area. The pool is HEATED. Water was great! There is also a hot tub and a sauna. We really relaxed there, it was amazing.

I haven’t stayed at this hotel in a few years (I think it was the Radisson the last time I was there). Jess at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful. I was able to check in early and check out late. The pool area is gorgeous and the food options located in the hotel were top notch. I loved that they had streaming services connected to their TVs. I also loved that their complimentary cookies were allergy friendly and delicious (I have a nut allergy). I was also provided with free bottles of water, which a lot of hotels don’t even do. I had an awesome stay and I will definitely be staying again.
