Couldn't use the pool or hot tub. several birthday parties with young children not staying at the hotel. At one point, there were 11 children and 6 adults in the hot tub, and upwards of 25 kids in the pool. Spent a lot of money to use the advertised amenities, and then couldn't was not ideal.

Great Service
We stayed in St. Paul Drury for 32 days because my husband had a terrible accident at work. The staff were great and when we return they remember our names and greet us as if we were family! Great service and great staff!!!

Staff was friendly, jacuzzi was hot, common spaces were pleasant. The free drinks and 'snacks' from 5:30-7pm was a really nice touch, though I think just doing some tastier appetizers (crackers and cheese, fruit, other nibbles) would be nicer than the not particularly flavorful dinner items, like steamed vegetables and bland pasta, that were actually served. Still, I appreciated the effort!
