The stay was great, rooms and breakfast were awesome. Only downfall was the kids and adults were really looking forward to swimming and sitting in the hot tub but…. The pool was being worked on and there was NO hot tub so weren’t able to do any of that which was a real bummer

Overall positive experience.
Building was easy to find and in a good/safe location. Initial interior walking into the building was very nice but the room had some moderate wear-and-tear. Beds for us were just average and the pull out sofa was poor. Breakfast was very good.

I am a self proclaimed hotel snob. I don't have the budget for high end hotels so I do my research and hope I make the right choice for my family. This Embassy Suites was very clean and smelled so good when we walked in. There was always somebody cleaning wherever we were, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were nice, the parking wqs free, the breakfast had a lot of great choices, and the price point was great!! The ONLY thing I would change is to have a bigger bathroom vanity and maybe do a little updating to the rooms, but again, for the price, it was a perfect choice.

There was a lot of noise. Could hear children thundering up and down halls. The bathroom door had a crack along the entire length of it. The bathroom shower door didn’t glide as the track was broken and the dresser in the room was broken as a door never closes. Very unimpressed

Great place if you're not afraid of heights
This was a nice hotel. Only complaint is that I requested a first floor room and received a room on the 8th floor instead. This hotel is all open with railings to the interior atrium with glass wall elevators. For someone who is afraid of heights- 8th floor was not good! If my request for first floor had been followed then I would have no complaints.

Dirty rooms. Terrible pillows. Loud pipe noises all night. Worst sofa bed I have ever slept in. Bathroom has mold on ceiling and the only ceiling light is broken. Hair on bathroom ceiling. Bathroom lacks exhaust fan which explains the mold. Rude breakfast staff refusing is service till I pointed out I was ordering for the full table. Property is aging bad. There are better options out there people. Skip this one.

Good clean hotel with delicious food, nice large rooms with big windows, clean and comfortable rooms (even the pull out bed), really good showers with hot water and good pressure. Only negative was that it didnt have a hot tub! Beautiful embassy suites
