This property is incredibly run down. The rooms are downright disgusting. Stains on every piece of furniture, stains on bathroom walls, switch-plates dirty & sticky, and holes in shades on windows. The lobby looks ok at first glance-until you realize why they keep it dimly lit. All the couches and chairs are stained. The stone & cusions around the fireplace are water-ringed & stained. Upon check in we were told we had 'unlimited in & out access' of the ramp-only to find out their system was 'down' and we were charged $34 every single time we entered & left the ramp. No apologies, nothing. Also, the skywalk was closed more than it was open-maybe not the hotel's fault, but then stop advertising 'convenient skywalk access.' This is our first and last time at this absolute dumpster fire of a hotel. There are FAR better options in downtown Minneapolis for more than half the cost of this run-down chaos.

The staff are horrible. They discriminated my friend just because he was black and the staff in front desk are very judgmental. It was supposed to be a free relax time at the hotel but it just caused me emotional distress. If they want I can make them go viral TikTok. I have so many followers on TikTok. I really really didn’t like her. I was treated at that hotel. It was wrong And they seem to care about my feelings because they were just laughing horrible staff at the front desk. I forgot to get his name. I think he’s a manager.

Emery is a historic hotel with very good restaurant for lunch and dinner. Unfortunately, the restaurant does not serve breakfast. The coffee shop that is n the hotel has a limited number of breakfast choices. It is for those who have coffee and pastry for breakfast. The lobby is spacious and very impressive with beautiful ceiling, columns and a lot of plants. The room was big enough, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was great with a spacious shower. The windows faced the courtyard so there was some noise from A/C units there. It was very clean. The TV was huge with decent selection of channels. The couch and chairs look aged. The area is very walkable and the hotel has access to the skyway that makes it very easy to get to other hotels, restaurants or stores without going outside. We would highly recommend this hotel for business travel and people who travel with their pets. The staff in the front desk are very friendly and helpful.

Property is cool, it is an old bank. Their restaurant Giulia is fantastic. Great food and service! The rooms are ok, our room walls, closet was dark and very dusty: the light fixtures, shelves, surfaces and even the bathroom. Could also use more bath towels, extra tp and tissue in the bathroom. Walking distance to US Bank stadium. We parked one block down from hotel. Saved $100. Overall good stay!
