Room was clean, smelled good, and was cool (it was very hot outside). Staff was friendly and helpful. Swimming pool and hot tub open late and in nice condition. Breakfast was good for a typical hotel offering.

This property is very run down hot tub wasn't even hot it was no different than the pool shower in the pool area was all busted didn't hardly work no shampoo no soap nothing very disgusting will not return to this property again

I love Hampton Inn's crisp white bedding and comfortable beds. The bathroom came stocked with full size products. Will definitely stay here whenever we are in the area.

Outdated hotel
We checked in a little more later than we liked, will it was too late to ask for a new room since everyone was too tired out from our trip. Upon arriving, the room did not smell nice, it was more of a muggy smell. I took photos indicating what was in our room. Our entrance sink was missing a cabinet door, I don't know the reason why, if it was under maintenance and they forgot to put it back on. Second, the couch stain was awful! I don't know why they would allow their guest to even sleep on there or yet alone sit on that couch. At least put a cover over it or something. The two queen beds were squeaky, and old. These are the beds with wire and very uncomfortable. The pillows looked like someone just threw it on the beds. Everything in the room was just outdated and old. Our view was pretty much trees of nothing. There was privacy for sure, but not the best view. We utilized the pool til midnight which was the best part! I'll give brownie points for them allowing to open so late since we arrived late. Otherwise, I probably will book in the cities next time.

Very impressed with facilities. Not impressed with the check in staff. She hardly spoke to me at all. Didn’t tell me of the free breakfast, nor the breakfast hours nor the 24 hour coffee/tea hidden behind the wall nor the extended pool hours nor the wifi password. We always stay at hotels with pools when travelling but usually don’t get to swim as the pool usually closes before we get there after a day of activities . Here the pool was open til midnight. Would have been nice to know that the first night.
