The location is in the downtown. The smoking outside was in a small corner of the building with no seating. It was a ok hotel for being a hilton

They didn't have my reservation, so I couldn't even stay there, I SHOULDN'T BE CHARGED FOR THIS ROOM. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED. I've stayed at this property MANY times, as I have MANY surgeries at the U of M East Bank. This is the FIRST time I've gone through Expedia, and the FIRST TIME they didn't have my reservation. I had to drive and find another hotel 50 miles away for a 0530 am surgery with NO shuttle to the hospital. I will never go through EXPEDIA again unless they refund my money.

Our stay was 3 nights/4 days...didn't have any issues and the service desk reps were friendly, honest, and accommodating. I do wish parking was not an added cost though ($30/day).
