When we went to check in I couldn’t hear anything the lady was saying and when I told her she did not speak up. Parking is across the street in a ramp and it was so cold! Then when we got into the room it was so cold. But on the plus side the hotel is very clean, the bed is comfy, and the hot tub was perfect!

Great location, close to many different roads leading to points of interests. Parking isn’t included which is a big con, but otherwise fairly affordable stay with great service.

This was our second time staying at this hotel in the last few years. Both times we had an absolutely wonderful stay, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, the hotel is clean and the housekeeping staff are more than willing to swap out your towels if you see them in the hallway. As others mentioned, Parking is limited and is on a 1st come-1st served basis, but we never have had an issue with that. Less than 10 minute walk to the metro train, and US Bank Stadium & Target Field are easy enough to walk to if you're not in a hurry. The breakfast with great variety every morning also saves you so much money over a weekend stay! We WILL stay here many more times in the future!

I’ve stayed here a few times and I generally get the same room although this time I woke up in the middle of the night sweating because the air was not working because I paid so much for Jacuzzi room. I did not want to talk to front desk and they want to switch rooms Problem solve the next morning when it dawned on me to clean the filter out in the air conditioner and then the air conditioner worked fine although that’s not my job . Also, there was a stain on the floor that was still a little wet and dark just not used to seeing that or experiencing a damp rug at this location other than that oh wait I’m sorry The front desk person that checked me in was just a little rude or should I say not very pleasant but overall I would return. I feel like these things are fixable.
