Hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was quiet and you always felt safe. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The front desk manager we dealt with on a daily basis was Louis. There could not have been a more kind, considerate, and respectful person. You never saw a frown or had a bad experience with Louis. He is one of the best additions to the hotel. Thank you to management for hiring such a wonderful person.
