I was charged more when I checked into the hotel, The price I was suppose to pay from Expedia was way more what I was charged at the hotel when I was checked in. Nearly $200.00 more than expected. Was to pleased about that. My room was not cleaned the next day nor was I was given toilet paper and towels. When asked for toilet and towels I was told to Come to the front desk and get it. Paying nearly $700 for two nights was definitely not worth it. Not a good stay at all and over charged completely.

We were a bit surprised that the reviews seemed so high for this hotel but our experience was rather questionable. Check in was easy, staff was decently friendly but not your typical "hotel friendly" The property seemed more outdated in person than in the pictures. Headed up to our room we noticed the elevators were sometimes smooth and sometimes made some weird jarring movements when going up or down and they make a beep sound like there's an emergency alert on your phone for every floor passed. When we first walked into the room it had quite a strong musty smell and the carpets felt damp. Not sure if they had recently cleaned them but the first impression wasn't great. Wallpaper was peeling bad in several parts of the wall. The bedding and some pillows had several questionable stains on them. We had to get multiple sheets replaced. We also had a portable mattress added to our room and it looked like it was from 1995 and the mattress had a huge stain on it. The TV remote didn't appear to be wiped and was greasy / crusty so we sanitized that one ourselves and there was crusty gunk around some lamp switches / plugs We did end up sticking it out here for 3 nights, we all slept well on the first night, beds were more firm but comfortable enough. For the few positives, water pressure was good, always had hot water and the breakfast was decent.

Start to finish staff was amazing. Breakfast and coffee in the morning was more than expected. Great walking in the area; some shopping options and great restaurants in the area. Would stay in the hotel again

This hotel is right behind trader joe's, so really convenient for us. Close to marshalls, world market and total wine as well. Room was clean, beds are very firm, my husband loved it, 2 different firmnesses of pillows to choose from. Breakfast was good, although on the first morning the food ran out by 9 and we waited for it to be refilled but left after about 10 minutes. Scrambled eggs, omlettes, sauages for 2 says and then bacon, asst breads and bagels, muffins, cinnamon buns, fruit, cereal, juices, coffee, teas, pancake makers, oatmeal, buscuits and gravy. Basically anything you could want. 2nd day no tables available as we came down at a busy time, ate in room, no problem. There was an unruly person in the lobby, handled very well by manager (?) She was very composed and didnt yell even though the man was very disrespectful to her. Easy on and off the hwy even with all the construction. Would definitely stay again

Not recommended… Outdated, terrible beds, vent!!
This particular hotel location is very dated and they’ve done nothing to date it and even the vent in the room was so loud it would kick on every 15 to 20 minutes and make a loud noise starting only me and it was a sleepless night but without air moving, it was so stuffy and had a musty smell. That was awful and one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve had in a long time in a hotel. And the price was not great considering the crappy room I had. I would never stay here again, as it was honestly a sleepless night between the uncomfortable bed and the vent kicking on and off. I told the girl at the front desk in the morning (who I’m sure was required to ask me how night was) and I told her that somebody needed to fix that room and she didn’t have any care in the world of what I told her. It was bad. Not recommending.
