Check-in is at 3:00. We arrived at 4:00 for a concert at Target Field that started at 6:00. To get to the entrance, you have to enter through an alleyway. As I entered, there were cars parked everywhere, up and down the alley, and then in front of the entrance. As I came down the alley, I had to stop for a car that was idling in front of me, and shortly after, a car approached from behind. There was no where for me to go, so I sat and waited and waited. I finally got out of my car to find out why the car in front was stopped, but no one was in it! I guess the valet service was so far behind, they were just telling people to leave their cars. After waiting for about 15-20 minutes, finally a valet came and told me that if I wanted to self-park (which is cheaper), I would have to wait quite a while because valet had to clear the cars for me to exit. Otherwise, I could leave my car right where I was and he would valet park it. I was irritated since it was more $, but whatever. I was on a time crunch. I grabbed my bags and went to the entrance of the hotel, to find a HUGE line going outside the door. They had ONE person checking everyone in. I waited in line for almost two hours before finally getting a room. We literally dropped our bags in our room and headed out for the concert, which we were now late for.
In addition, as we were sleeping, we woke up to a large bang. The hand soap that they had screwed to the wall fell because it wasn't screwed into a stud.
