Surprise costs

The property was hard to locate. The valet parking was almost mandatory. That added another 50 dollars to our stay. The pet fee was quadruple the normal. Expensive and inconvenient.

When we checked in they did not have keys available, and we didn’t get one til we came back for the evening at 11:30 pm (we checked with front a few times for keys and they were not ready, our shower door was broken and there was a finger nail on our floor when we opened the door (fake nail). When we told front end about everything they did not seem to care about tue complaints
