every surface of the room was caked with dust…shower had hair on the wall from previous guests. hotel staff were super helpful and friendly and the location could not have been more convenient

I paid for 11 people and got a double room. They were aware it was a 13 year olds party. I’m so proud of my kids they littearlly were quite in the halls and at night no jumping or anything and yet we still got complaints we did have confetti which was cleaned up by me and the manager yelled at us and told us he will put us out the next complaint mind you when he knocked on my door 8 out of the 10 kids were sleep. The guest who stayed turned there nose up at us this is not a place for black families they treated us as if we didn’t belong staff included. MORNING STAFF 5 stars all the way down they gave me a broom and bags and told me I belong here my kids are fine don’t stress about the mess which easily was sweep able they were shocked when I cleaned up my room and brought the trash and stripped all the beds for them they were kind and welcoming really appreciated them the night staff horrible prejudice and stuck up never again

Family stay
A good family stay. The hotel is very clean and quiet. A couple of things I didn't like - no fan in the bathroom (for a family of 3 this can be an issue), the sofa bed didn't have bedding (we were given once we asked but the blanket was too thin, and we had to ask for an extra one), and breakfast was very basic.
