This is our go to hotel everytime we visit this city. Our room is spacious and place is quiet. Kids can have their own space after a long day of shopping and touring. The breakfast is really good, they have something different every morning for one week during our stay. Lots of tables where you can have breakfast. Pool is open and a really good size, easy access because they have 2 entrance going to the pool, they have a nice patio to spend time reading or barbecue if we want. Lots of parking space and easy travel to Mall of america. It is always a good vacation for our family everytime we are in this hotel and we thank you for that 💕

It was a great and short stay. First time that I had a room all the way on the back but I like it. So spacious. I wish they put additional mirror outside so we are not bumping into each other. So far It was really a nice visit.

Incredibly Loud. We stayed in a room facing north. From 5:30am to midnight, the train bells were constantly going off. In a direct line with airport take off. Music constantly playing in the courtyard outside our room. Cleaning staff did not use door stops so during the day, doors were constantly being slammed over and over. Non smoking floor, yet the hallway and periodically our room, had the strong smell of pot. Was convientent to the mall and light rail. Decent price. Breakfast was great. Overall hotel conditions are fine. Didn’t sleep. Wouldn’t stay again.

Terribly disappointed
We stayed in a family suite. The fridge was very noisy and the tv in the seating area did not function properly. When contacting the hotel front desk, we were told that the maintenance guy is not available. So no help whatsoever. The seating area was not big enough to allow the pullout couch bed to function properly. Also, we were charged $32 for parking a rental car during our stay. This was not clearly stated on the reservation, so was a very unpleasant surprise. All and all, the experience was less than poor. Will not use this place again in the future.
